The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 43" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi. The bathroom comes fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen with basic cookware. All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided. Four beach towels and four beach chairs are provided. This is not a waterfront location. The public beach access is one block (a short walk) from the building. You will have access to the back yard common area, your unit and the laundry room. Guests will have use of the public beach access (only steps from the apartment) This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants and Willoughby Bay restaurants. Each unit is assigned 1 parking space. House rules: Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
