This is our dream home and we designed it with many extra options. It has dual shower heads and body sprays wrap around front and side porch as well as a covered patio and large open upper deck. The home has a Boiler imported from Germany for the radiant heating and many large steel beems throught the construction of the home. We took extra precautions to make the house more earthquake proof and we also pre-framed a section of the house to easily allow us to install an elevator if wanted. The master bedroom with the walk in closet, side tv room and bathroom is about 1000 sq ft by itself. Neighborhood Description This is a very nice neighborhood with a lot of history. Also known as Granite from when the pioneers used to get Granite rocks for the LDS temple. within less than a mile is the little cottonwood canyon entrance and many historic quary sites. The people that live here have mostly come from families that have grown up n the area so their is strong family ties and close relationships. It is a great neighborhood. In our oppinion, The best in the valley.
