We have our one bedroom basement apartment ready for occupancy. A total of 750 sq. ft., remodeled, with double insulation in the ceilings and heavy exterior doors for privacy. New flooring, 2 toned paint and crown molding throughout. The apartment has a 50 gallon water heater and the best soft water available. Fast Utopia internet, Apple TV, an electric fire place all comes in our furnished apartment. The front room, has beautiful leather couches and a large desk. The window well view is a 6x12ft rock garden oasis. Since the apartment faces west, there is lots of warm sunshine all afternoon. The bedroom is extra large and would fit a king size bed perfectly. If you have your own bed, we will remove the queen Purple bed in the furnished bedroom. Also, the apartment has a large capacity washer and gas dryer, 3 walk-in closets and a large bathroom with double sinks, new countertop and separate toilet and bath area. The kitchen has a new ice maker refrigerator and gas stove with a space saver microwave. There is a dish washer, disposal and lazy susan. The kitchen has lots of cupboard space as well. We love animals but do not allow pets of any kind. Please do not reach out if you have a pet. We already have 2 dogs that you can enjoy. Harvey Park is down the street with splash pad, basketball, pickle-ball, tennis, play ground and concession stand. Cedar Hills has some beautiful walking paths that you will love. Heritage Park up the street has plays all summer long for your entertainment. If you know of any person or young couple that need a spacious apartment with all the amenities life has to offer...send them our way. We would love to have them. 1. Utilities all included. Highest speed internet included. 2. Month to month rental agreement. Security deposit $1000. to be refunded when tenants move out minus $100.00 cleaning fee. (expect refund within 5 days of move out) 3. No pets and extra tenants allowed. 4. No picture hanging unless approved by landlord. 5. Only 2 cars allowed. 6. Vacuum and furnishings will be provided. 7. Absolutely no smoking on or near apartment or home. 8. We expect our apartment to be as clean as it was at move in. Everything wiped down. No abrasive cleaning agents on the tub or tub surround as it will scratch and delete it's warranty. Only bath rinse cleaners. 9. While cooking on the stove or oven turn on the outside fan to kick out any smells. A switch for the fan is next to the entrance door and labeled. Lights are to be turned off if the room is not in use due to high energy bills. 10. Landlords are to be permitted to enter the apartment with a 24 hour notice unless an emergency arrises in the furnace room that would facilitate a quick entrance. In this case we would text tenants to get approval if they are home. 11. Full Rent is due on the 1st day of every month. 3 day grace period then add 2% for every day late. = 32.00 per day. 12. Key is to be left on the table of apartment the day of move out. If a key is lost the tenant is expected to get another one made. 13. We reserve the right to give you 1 month notice to move out and if any terms are violated, 3 days. These policies in place to protect us and you as our tenant. We want you to enjoy our place as much as we do. Beautiful Cedar Hills Parks and walking paths are a street away.
