The guest room which you will rent has a brand new King size bed, big dresser with ensuite full bath. My townhouse is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The ideal roommate is (male or female), someone who has a stable fulltime job, has been employed for at least 3 months, no smoking, not too noisy, not too many guests, keeps the common areas clean, minds their own business and easy to deal with. I am ok with 6 or 12 months lease. Rent is $900 + $100 bills. Walking distance to safeway, trader joes, bartel drugs, starbucks and evergreen hospital. We can schedule an appointment to meet up and if you like the place, I will run the background check (you pay $35 application fee) and if everything goes well, you can sign the lease. 6 months to 1 yr lease plus $100 for bills (gas/electricity/water/sewer/garbage/internet
