Welcome to Pirate's Cove Shoreside Bungalow on lake Cisco! Our little bungalow is about 800 sq ft, 2 bed/1.5 bathrooms on a 50x100 ish lot. Completely gutted and remodeled in 2020 and running now as a vacation rental. We’re willing to sell it fully furnished and can provide info for Airbnb if you’re choosing to use it as a rental, however revenue is used to help pay cost, not as an investment. The house sits on the main part of the water. Even in this drought it’s still deep enough to swim and fish. The lake is clean and clear enough to see your feet! The house sits on a leased lot from the city, which costs roughly $200/annually. There are also fees to the city for permitting if using as a vacation rental if you choose to continue doing that. We really hope to find someone who will love it as much as we have!
