Guest suite is partially furnished - 2 couches, table in living area plus dining room table with 4 chairs and a few lamps. AC and heater units are portable and included. Three month minimum lease term. First months rent plus $1,000 deposit due upon lease signing. $300 non-refundable pet deposit required (only cats allowed) if applicable. Owner has a queen sized bed the tenant may use if desired.
