It's perfect for old and young - not too big, not too small. It's spacious (read: 9 foot ceilings) yet cozy. It's a relaxing space that flows well. My family and friends all agree - it's great for small or large gatherings. The kitchen opens into the living room so that everyone can be together. The backyard is just as inviting as the indoors; large evergreens set back from the stamped concrete patio provide visual appeal and privacy for outdoor gatherings. The huge master bedroom is separated from the two secondary bedrooms and guest bath so you can have quiet and privacy even with kids or house guests. The unfinished basement has great potential; it was built with an eye towards being a finished living space - ideal for the young family looking for a house to grow in. Plain City is an easy drive to north and west Columbus. Alas, most of my waking hours center around downtown Columbus. I love my house but, it's time for me to make the move. If I could pick up my house and move it closer to downtown, I would be set. It's not easy to think about selling this house, but I know whoever buys it will believe they found the perfect house like I did. Neighborhood Description Playground and fire station in walking distance. Neighbors all watch out for each other, watering plants and feeding pets when you are on business or vacation. I do not know what i will do without them ....
