    Exterior Features: This is a nice looking all gray with white trim, single family home. It has a small flat for yard with no shrubs and a nice long backyard. The backyard is enclosed with the chain link fence. That's in fairly good operating condition it has a black shingled asphalt roof that's in fair condition. There are a few shingles that can use being replaced however there are no leaks at this time. The wood soffits and eaves on this property are also in good condition. The lower half of this property is wood sided and the upper half wood shingled both are in fairly good condition. This house has all vinyl windows that are in excellent functioning condition. This house has a wood framed front porch this in excellent condition. The brick foundation on this house seems nice and solid. There is no driveway however; there is an alleyway that runs behind the house. Interior Features: The living room 15 x 12 is in excellent condition it has a popcorn textured ceiling and walls. It also has a beige colored carpeting that's in good condition however can use being cleaned. The dining room 15 x 12 is in same condition as the living room. The kitchen 9.5 x 15 is in fairly poor condition it has some water damage to the walls and ceiling that looks to be from a broken pipe. The kitchen has had an additional ceiling added to lower it from its original Height. The new ceiling needs repair in the drywall. The kitchen also has a vinyl tiled floor that's in very good condition along with wood upper cabinets are also in good condition. The base cabinet can use some of the drawers being re-faced. The laminated countertop is great. However, the sink needs to be replaced along with some of the plumbing. This house has three bedrooms that all measure 10 x 10 and are in good condition. Each bedroom has beige carpet. Also, the ceilings and the bedrooms are arched. The bathroom is 6x6 and is in fair condition. It has vinyl tiled flooring and missing all fixtures.
