After a day in the sun, there are multiple options for dining without even getting in your car. Local favorites like Flips Flops and Ocean Annies are within walking distance, and a short ride in the car will take you to Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing or Market Common. This location is hard to beat for convenience to shopping and dining. HOA fee includes water/sewer, Building Insurance, basic cable/internet, pest control and is one of the most reasonable for an ocean front building in the area.
