I have a mobile home built in 1985. Its a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. 66X14. It needs some TLC and if your handy it would be easy fixes. Could use a paint job, a new master tub, it still works fine for showers but likes to leak when you take a bath. (if you call around you can find one cheap) Needs some new carpet. Its worn out from all the years. Needs new screens on most the windows. The spare bathroom shower wont work. It's not to difficult to fix just not wanting to spend any more money on this place. Moving out of state so need to sale ASAP. If your looking for a cheap place don't pass this up. Lot rent is roughly $395-$420 a month depending on amount of people and pets staying. Electric runs about $60 in summer with 2 window AC units going and about $40-$50 in winter. Gas is $20 in summer and $40 in winter. Beautiful location in good area. Close to elementary school and Larkspur gas station and pizzeria. Were asking $8,000 OBO
