Available room starting immediately in large 3-bedroom home. The house is located in the Spring Valley/Summerlin South area right near Tropicana & South Fort Apache in a quiet & gated community, 2 min from exit 20 on the 215 and less than 4 min to multiple shopping plazas. I often walk to shops or to grab a burger from In&Out. 1 room available, it is good size (11'x11' with vaulted ceilings) with wall-length closet. Shared bathroom (with tub) with one other room. There will be a total of 3 people living full time in the house once this room is rented. Only 2 of us now. No cats or dogs allowed, other pets considered. 50 gets you the second garage spot. We also have a 2 car driveway and there is plenty of street parking. Utilities are about $70 per person per month. The kitchen/living room/dining area is a wide-open space with lots of light & high ceilings. The house is incredibly comfy and has great energy, I'm looking for someone who vibes with us. It is large for a 3bed/2bath (over 1640 square feet). There is also a separate washer & dryer room. All of the common areas are fully furnished (see pictures) & the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. The room is currently unfurnished, but that could be worked out. The gated community is small and has a pool/hot-tub which is awesome during the summer months and used very rarely by the other community members. Also has a small back yard with an amazing fig tree. I am a full-time circus artist. During training periods, I am usually gone most of the day. During contracts, I will often disappear for weeks/months at a time. I'm a burner, lover of everything outdoors, an avid gamer (board & video games), I like to cook when I have time I like to keep the house clean. The place looks lived in, but tidy. I don't really care how people keep their own space, but I'm looking for people who keep common/shared areas neat. My house mate is a super chill Brazilian gal who also likes to cook and hang.
