Neighborhood Description Victoria Park is one of the most family-friendly neighborhoods in all of North Naples. Most of the residents in Victoria Park I bought into the subdivision when it was new, and new sales are mostly families with small children. A fabulous place to celebrate family holidays, Halloween trick-or-treating starts after school and doesn't let up for a minute until 9pm. Each Christmas, touring our neighborhood for the marvelous lights displays is a highlight for many Neapolitans. (The HOA sponsors a luminary light sale for charity each year that nearly all our residents do.) This house is walking distance from Pelican Marsh, and 1/2 block from the bus stop for the MS & HS.
