"Serenity on the River" is a beautiful, fully furnished 1040 square foot apartment, two bedroom, one bath with beautiful views of the Spokane River from both the living room and the master bedroom. Watch Mother Nature put on a show daily, see amazing sunsets, eagles, geese, coots, mallards, muskrats, deer, elk and an occasional moose. It has a new kitchen, washer and dryer, workspace with desk, chair. It has off street parking in front of our home and it's own entrance. It has a fenced off area and gate separating it from the main yard. The space encompasses half of our daylight basement and my wife and I live in the upstairs main part of the home. We are willing to share our common backyard area, deck, gazebo, dock and garden as long as guest are respectful of our home and property. We have an amazing garden which has raspberries, blackberries , plum, cherries, apples as well as vegetables that we cultivate from seeds each year. Sparrow and Swallow inhabit many unique birdhouses that I built which are spread throughout the property. The apartment is currently available. The apartment is available for a 1-12 month rental and we can offer a monthly discount to longer stays. First months rent and security deposit are due upon signing of lease. There is a one time cleaning fee of $250. at the end of lease. We do not allow pets. An application will need to be completed by any potential renter which will include background check, credit check, past rental history (approx.. cost $40.00) We will send you a link. All utilities are included, parking is assigned, No Pets, No Smoking, No Events, No Subletting any rooms. We occupy the living space on the main floor and adjacent to the apartment. We have one Australian Shepherds that usually hang with us but will be in the common backyard area at times. Though the area is peaceful and quiet you may hear wildlife, boats, dogs, activity upstairs, .maximum occupants 2 adults and 1 child allowed. Maximum cars 2. There are fall hazards, water hazards, potential for ice on sidewalks, wildlife in the area and tenant uses the property at their own risk.
