The space is approximately 1,000 square feet with a large bedroom with walk-in closet and two full size windows. The main living area is also large and open with lots of natural light. My home was built in 2021 so all the fixtures are updated. The apartment has a dedicated entrance with keyless entry. 1 Month Security Deposit required. The space is suitable for 1 human with no pets. I live in the main home with my college aged daughter (who is currently away at school) and my non-shedding dogs. I go into the office 2/3 days a week and work from home the rest of the week. All Utilities are included in the rent.
