The apartment is three floors/duplex style. 3 bedroom/3 bath. Two car parked garage that we rotate (1 week on the street, 2 weeks in garage etc.). Washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit! We do have a small porch as well. Two door closet, carpet, ceiling fan, heater. Shared space is furnished with carpet and tile in the kitchen. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. 1 year lease
