You will be living with 2 female tenant, and it is $750 a month - which includes all utilities, cable and WiFi with $250 security deposit. Security deposit of $250 may also be refundable depending on how you leave the room and all property. We are renting one nice bedroom in a very well maintained home in a friendly neighborhood. You will have a parking spot in the drive way. You can enter the house thru the garage or private back door. Room comes with cable (every channel including HBO, Showtime, Cinemax), fast internet, Xfinity X1. All utilities are paid. Cleanliness is a must, as is personal hygiene. The room is not furnished.
