    Sitting on a lot with amazing views is my condo. It's a building that contains two separate dwellings, a main house and a casita (there is a shared wall, but no interior doors/windows that lead from one to the other), this lets me (I live in the casita) be a responsive and responsible landlady. Both spaces have their own e-locks. I inhabit the casita, the main house is all yours; $2000 deposit, $250/pet deposit (2 pet max). When you sign your first 12-month lease, I'll give you 6 months of no utility charges (as long as there's no major spike in usage). After that, you would pay your own electric and gas bills and split garbage, internet, and water based on how many people are living in the entire building. The mixed-zoning neighborhood is mostly clean, vacant lots; the immediate area is free from the usual town noises. The inhabited lots are owned by quiet folk. I-25 is close by, but the house is sound-dampened, so the outside noises are not as intrusive. Take it from the world's lightest sleeper! There is a nice walking path to the SE, and I ride my bike on the dirt path parallel to the frontage road to the 599 Rail Runner station often during the summer. After 6 months, water, gas and electricity bills will be based on usage; internet and garbage removal bills are set fees that will be divided according to occupancy. 2 pet maximum, $250 refundable deposit per pet. Request permission from owner before making any major changes (i.e., to furniture, to large art on walls, etc. Smoking outside only, away from doors and windows. If smoking materials are not properly disposed of, this policy is null and void. Tenant is responsible for basic cleaning maintenance inside the main house, including cleaning oven and refrigerators at least once every 6 months.
