Great location, close to everything, subway M/R 10 minutes walking distance, grocery store right across the street, costco/Macy's/rego park shopping center 15 minutes walking distance. 4. Great amenities, swimming pools, soccer field, tennis field, basketball field. 5. high floor apartment with great sunlight. cons: None! Starting date is August 1st 2021. Water & heat included, electricity is on renters.
