Looking to transfer my lease on a spacious one-bedroom, one bath apartment in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. I've lived here since April 2018 but am moving for work. The apartment features a large kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher, oven, stove, & fridge/freezer. It also has a washer/dryer in unit and built-in heating/AC units in both the living room/kitchen and bedroom. The pictures included are of a similar one-bedroom unit in the building the appliances/features are the same, but the layout is slightly different. See the attached floorplan for an actual layout. The apartment is available for a mid-January move-in (earliest date is likely 1/12, would need to be confirmed with building management). The current lease has an early termination rider that would allow it to end June 30th, 2019, but technically goes until April 30th, 2020. This would allow the lease to be ended on the 30th of any given month starting in June without requiring any change to the current lease. Im available to show the apartment most weekdays after 5PM and on some weekends. Ive also included the apartment description provided by the property management company below: Living areas boast high ceilings, white oak hardwood floors and oversized windows allowing for great natural light. Contemporary kitchens offer custom dark walnut cabinetry accented with brilliant, white Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and glass tile backsplashes. Bathrooms feature elegant white porcelain tile, custom mirrored vanities with storage and deep soaking bathtubs for the ultimate relaxation. Building amenities include a beautiful modern lobby, washer/dryers in each apartment, a common roof deck with stunning downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan skyline views. Additionally, individual parking spaces are available for lease. Clinton Hill, known for its charming tree-lined blocks, Pratt Institute, historic brownstones, and laid back atmosphere, offers residents an assortment of decadent restaurants, trendy boutiques, plush green parks, and artisanal shops. Take a stroll through the sprawling campus of Pratt Institute or picnic in nearby Fort Greene Park. Try the red velvet waffles at SoCo for Sunday brunch, attend a free jazz concert at the Eubie Blake Auditorium, shop for artisanal furniture at the Brooklyn Flea or catch the best local sports and concert events at the Barclays Center just a few minutes away.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
