This is a recently remodeled home on part of an 80 acre property. Everything has been remodeled and is relatively new. It's a great little home, the only downside is just having one bathroom. I am willing to consider tent concessions for work done at the property, including cleaning the main home (located on the other side of the property), spraying for weeds, shoveling paths, etc. If you wanted, I would be open to having you manage and run a small farm on the property. Renter pays for all utilities and garbage
