Available Nov 1, 2021 or Dec 1, 2021 for a 5-6 month seasonal lease. Available earlier if needed. Fully furnished (more than just furniture: spices, living essentials, etc). 2 parking spaces ONLY. There is no way around parking more then 2 vehicles. You will be towed. The closest parking lot is 1.5 miles away and $30 per night/$45 per night on the weekends. Again, only 2 parking spaces. 50 steps to free town bus shuttle. $4400 per month plus tenant pays electric (cable, internet, water, trash and sewer included in rent). Application fee $30 for standard background checks. This is our 1st and most loved home in CO so we typically don't rent long term, but we will not be able to enjoy Breckenridge and all of the magnificent snow activities for the 21/22 season.
