    What's special

97 Maple Street As part of the Beacon Park Development, the land was purchased in 1927 by a builder named Mr. Williams. Williams deeded this lot of land to his wife, and this cape-style home was built. This 11 room home has four bedrooms 3 full baths/2 half baths. The home has a front and back staircase to the second level. The master bedroom suite includes a sitting room as well as a bathroom. There is an au-pair suite over the 2 car garage with a full bathroom as well. There is an office on the main level as well as a step down family room that use to be a three season porch many years ago. The Williams Family lived in the home until the 19—when The O’Brien Family purchased the home. In April of 1991, the Sullivan Family bought the home. They have done many renovations. They began by adding the Corinthian granite with cobblestone accents to the front facade. Paul Shea, a family friend, spent three months completing this project. A recent addition to the kitchen area is lined with windows to add plenty of light. French doors open to a stamped bluestone design patio with cobblestone edging. Period custom made cabinetry of a mission style were designed by the Kennebec Company from Bath, Maine. The cabinets are made from quarter- sawn oak and have rod iron hinges. An old fashioned pantry with lead glass French door design add warmth and storage to the kitchen. A black honed porcelain tile floor as well as an old fashioned black granite farmers sink accent the granite counter tops and back-splash. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances.
