A beautiful condo for a small family. It is located just a few minutes away from I-95 , Connecticut Ave, and the Darien train station. Everything is in excellent condition as seen by the photos. The unit is located on the second floor of the condo. We are looking for a long term tenant, preferably a small family. Pets and smoking are not allowed. We will check credit score and proof of employment. Two months rent for security deposit + first month rent will be required upon signing the lease. Heating, electricity, and hot water are not included. Renter responsible for heating, electricity and hot water. Water is included.
