I'll pay the incentive immediately after management completes the transfer and you move in. The available room is the larger bedroom in a furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. It has direct access to its private bathroom and built-in overhead lighting, features the other bedroom doesn't have. One male roommate will be moving into the smaller bedroom in January. The kitchen, living room, and balcony are shared. The entire apartment measures 937 square feet and is on the second floor, keeping the covered balcony elevated above ground level.
