We are also very close to excellent shopping, since our neighborhood is bounded by Commercial St. to the west, 12th St. on the east and Madrona on the north. Our house is 6 blocks from Morningside Elementary, 4 - 6 blocks from Safeway, Roth's, Fred Meyers, Ace Hardware, Hollywood Video, Starbucks, Gold's Gym, etc., and several banks.
