The only time we can accommodate an early check-in is: 1. There is no guest checking out on the day of your check-in / 2. The co-host gets the place ready because of a light schedule. Either way, we'll do our best, but please plan on checking in at the time stated in the check-in instructions. * If you decide to extend your stay after check-in, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot make any promises. Unapproved late checkouts will delay our cleaning professionals and result in a $100 charge for each hour. * No gatherings larger than 10 people without host approval. Extra fee may apply. * No smoking * Feel free to smoke outside of the property and dispose of cigarette butts. Do not smoke indoors or near an open door or window- leaving behind a smoky property and/or cigarette butts will result in a $500 fee. This includes vaping. Illegal drugs - no thanks, not here, ever. * No unruly or illegal behavior * Please be respectful during your stay & be mindful of the neighbors * Guests accept full responsibility of damage to the property and its contents (Inside & Out) * Play safe! When you book this reservation, you take full responsibility for any bumps, bruises, accidents, or illnesses that occur in the property and any amenity spaces offered. If you notice anything that presents a danger yourself, anyone traveling with you, or at the property, please let us know as soon as you check in. * A clean home is a happy home. If the property is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $100 for every extra hour of cleaning required. * Rules for your furry friend: All pets must be approved prior to booking and there is a $15/night fee for each pet up to two, break this rule and you'll be charged $250. Approved pets are not allowed on the furniture, pets may not be left unattended in the house or the yard. Our cleaners prefer not to pick up after your pet and if they have to, you'll be charged a minimum of $40 (this is a fine, not a service). * Let's shake on it.
