The area is really safe and nice and the community is organized around a large lake. The lake is about a half-mile around and great for running or walking a dog. There is a really nice pool included in the property as well and a fitness center.Some things to know about the rent, Water, garbage, sewer, lawn care, pest control are all included. Tenant pays electric, cable, internet. I do have a dog, which the cost for is included in the rent. There is room to add a second for an additional $10/mo as well.
