We can only rent it out for 30 days or longer, and are happy to talk to you and encourage you to call us for more information. The condo is located in the beautiful Racquet Club which is a resort within the Scottsdale Ranch. It has 9 tennis/pickle ball courts, 6 pools with hot tubs, a fitness center and a clubhouse that offers lots of different social events. The pool closest to our unit is one of the largest one in the resort and can be seen from our balcony. If you love swimming this is the pool for you, it is big enough for laps, is heated and is really deep and crystal clean. This second floor unit is fully furnished and has all the comforts of home. The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed with private master bath. The guest bedroom includes a Queen bed with adjacent guest bathroom. All linens and bedding are supplied. This air conditioned unit has a flat screen tv in the living and in both bedrooms. High-speed internet included so you can stream your favorite shows on various apps. There is a Washer/Dryer in unit for you to use during your stay and there is a Reserved covered parking spot located close to the front door. Very large patio with comfortable chairs and loungers to relax on. Safe gated community right in the heart of Scottsdale, close to shops, hiking, golf and restaurants. Payment is split in two. First payment is due 90 days before arrival and second payment is due 30 days before arrival. We require a $500 security deposit to hold your reservation, that will be returned after the cleaner has left, and provided all the terms of the contract have been satisfied.
