I've lived in both of the units in this duplex and it's such a nice place to live, especially this top unit. So much better than apartment living. No hidden fees, soulless finishes, elevators! I've moved out to save some costs and live in a cheaper 1bd/1ba, but for two people this is a really good price in my humble opinion.
