I am looking for someone to take my lease as I am leaving for an Internship for the summer. This room is part of the town home villa that the Vue apartments offers. The square footage for the value is unmatched in the Fayetteville area. Usually these rooms in the townhouse villa go for over $600/month but because of a leasing error I am locked in for what a four-bedroom flat would cost at $580/month. The townhouse villas offer a stunning view of the south Fayetteville mountain valley. My room has an excellent view. The amenities are awesome at the Vue. This unit comes with an HD flat screen TV in the common area, washer/dryer, and each bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, desk, nightstand, and two stackable dressers. My favorite thing about these rooms is that you have a private full bathroom adjoining your room with a walk-in closet. As a college student, I think my room is very spacious and it is a fact that the bedrooms for these units are the biggest for the value in Fayetteville. The club house has an in ground pool, outdoor theater, golf simulator, tanning beds, workout room, and poolside cabana with fire pit. Also, high speed internet is included with rent. The Wi-Fi is not that great where I am at but there is a wall Ethernet port that puts out a solid 50mb/s! The Vue apartments is really close to campus (right across the street) and they offer a free shuttle service to campus.
