There are a total of two full bathrooms that are fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi. The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed. 8 beach towels are provided. Please let us know in advance if you will have more than 8 people in your group. No beach chairs or beach toys are provided. Access is by private door with door code. Guests will have the entire house to themselves. This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants and Willoughby Bay restaurants. Guests are given three parking spots. Two spots in the driveway and one in the garage. All additional vehicles will need to park on the street. Host is not responsible for issues associated with street parking. House rules: Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated. No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host) Check-in is anytime after 4PM Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee. Check-out Instructions - Check-out is 11am - Clean the dishes & return them. - Turn TV off - Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter - Lock door behind you Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
