We are renting this unfurnished house on 9711 Beach Crest Drive for a year beginning as early March 15. This is a nice home on a quiet street. It has had only three renters since we bought it ten years ago. You reach it by heading North on 305, turning right onto N. Madison and turning right onto Beachcrest right after you pass the Grange. Once you are on Beachcrest, look for the arrow pointing to the house on the 9711 mailbox. The rent will be $2800 per month, with the first and last month's rent and a $1000 security deposit due upon the signing of the lease. The house is nearly 1500 square feet and has two bedrooms, two baths (including a large master bath) and a finished basement. The house has a sizable lawn and a front deck. The kitchen appliances were purchased 4 years ago and much of the interior was repainted at that time. There is a new fiber optic connection recently installed by the Kitsap PUD. The house has a private septic system and the water is provided by the PUD. The heat is generated by a heat pump in the living/dining room, augmented by wall heaters in both bedrooms and the basement. Murden Cove is walkable from the house, as is Rolling Bay with Bay Hay and Feed, a coffee shop, Post Office branch, Jiffy Mart and Via Rosa. Renter pays all utilities
