I will be subletting a room in a duplex beginning in January, through May. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. Internet, cable, washer and dryer, lots of kitchen appliances. You would be living with five women, and would share a bathroom. All utilities are paid separately. This house is very close to Whitworth University. All other housemates are Whitworth students.
