A non-smoking property. Owner pays for sewer, water and trash. Tenant pays for electricity. Dominion Power is provider of electricity. Private garage and loft storage included in base rent: One off-street space in a private garage. A second off-street space is NOT available. No parking in front of the garage door because it interferes with other tenants accessibility. This initial lease is NOT one year, but only 9 months. THE LEASE TERM expires May 31st, 2026.
