WONDERFUL, quiet, private (not gated, but w/security booth @ entrance, & paid, off-duty Houston Police officers providing mobile security for us) & extremely friendly neighborhood, w/nice WIDE streets allowing plenty of room for all the walkers/joggers/bicyclists, even when there happens to be cars parked on both sides of street! Cars pass my home an average of 10-15x/day TOTAL, & w/speed limit of 30 (which EVERYone follows), it's the PERFECT PLACE for kids of all ages to ride, run & walk!! On pretty days, there are @ LEAST 3 times+, as many ppl out & about, as there are cars, & EVERYone here is SOOOO friendly! Every person walking/riding by, speaks, if we are in the yard...whether we know them, or NOT!! Just an absolutely AWESOME neighborhood to be blessed enough to live in! (I say " blessed" b/c the owner turnover rate in THIS neighborhood is very, very slow! People here, buy & STAY!!!)
