Maricopa County Records seems to have had this condo listed improperly since the original development of Sun Air Estates. It is my understanding that when the original developers planned this community this home was slated to be positioned facing West, which would have put the address on 97th Drive. It was actually built facing South - which is on Ironwood Drive. The entire Duplex is a "corner" lot - Corner of 97th Drive & Ironwood. Neighborhood Description This is a Great Peoria neighborhood.
