Lol!) - I'm in my late 30's and looking for someone -10/+10 my age (so we can at least have a conversation) - Someone who respects privacy Location: The home is located in the Spring Branch/Spring Shadows neighborhood minutes from the Energy Corridor, Memorial City area, Westchase, Galleria, the Heights, Midtown, Memorial and Downtown in a quiet safe community. Easy access and minutes away from I-10, Beltway 8, Westpark Tollway, 290, 610, 59. Room/Home/ Parking: Your huge room is within a 3 bedroom 2 bath one story home this is a secure home with security bars on windows and doors. Your room has its own private entrance with brand new hardwood floors and fresh paint and shelving your AC is separate to adjust the temperature to your liking. The shared areas are the restroom, kitchen, living and dining area. You have your own large separate pantry for your food storage and misc. The kitchen is being updated with granite counters, backsplash, faucet, lights, paint, and new hardwood floors new appliances coming soon. The washer and dryer are brand new upgraded with the new steam option, and are located in the attached garage (front loaders). When going through your private entrance passage youre met by the large concrete patio that runs from one end of the house to the other. The patio is big enough to have a private patio if you chose. You also have your own parking space that can fit 2 cars 1 for a visitor there is also room in the garage with a garage door opener should you chose to park your vehicle there depending on the size of it or the space can be used for storage. There is also plenty of parking on the street. Running track in walking distance. Price: The monthly rent is $900 ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED electric, water, sewer, gas, trash, internet (I have the top of the line package from Xfinity), cable, lawn care, washer/dryer and storage. Rent will be due on the first of the month after the 3rd it is considered late and a late fee of $30 a day will be charged till the full amount is received. A security deposit of $900 required to lock in the lease till your move in day. Pro-rated rent due (depending when you move in) upon move in then every 1st rent is due. The deposit is FULLY refundable once your lease is over - given that you have not damaged your room or the shared areas (walls, floors, doors etc) or break your lease agreement. *Note that a credit / background check is a mandatory portion of the rental application. About Me: I am a single mother of 4 girls 3 live with me and my oldest is away at college. They are all teenagers 14 years old and up (no crying babies) and are aware of privacy, consideration for others and cleanliness as we have had a roommate in the past. My children are social, and are people persons they will interact with you they are not rude. I cook for my kids more than we go out to eat depending on the dish there could be enough for you to join us if you chose. I like to have wine on the patio from time to time if you would like to join please do! Policies: Visitors are welcomed, overnight guests are welcomed as well but cannot be continuous since the room is meant for 1 person only. Because my home is nothing but girls I ask that if you have a boyfriend and is around frequently please have him background checked, I did the same with my boyfriend. Also not only with boyfriends but please use good judgment and mindfulness when bringing company or visitors around sin
