In some places the carpet was removed and replaced with hardwood flooring and laminate tile kitchen flooring. The kitchen area was updated with new stainless steel appliances and a new washer and dryer were added. 2003 construction in the 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with designer paint applied to all rooms in 2009.
