*This is a short term lease for 3-6 months with utilities included* This comfortable home is near interstate 81, many restaurants, shopping, schools and businesses. It features new living room and bedroom furniture, a cozy kitchen, washer/dryer and a fenced in back yard. Water, sewage, trash, gas, Internet, free Google tv and electric are included. This property will be available December 1, 2025 for a 3-6 month lease. A credit check, paid by you upfront and references are required. All utilities are included at the previous usage average. If any vary $15 or more, the overage amount will be charged and billed to you. Two small dogs , house trained (no puppies) for a $500 deposit may be allowed. A up to date shot record for rabies vaccinations are required. *A maximum of 2 pets. Please see terms listed at the end of this listing. *Lease/Contract are the same. Owner/Property owner are the same. Owner pays for electric, gas, internet for water and sewage, internet up to $40 monthly and trash at the average cost. If the cost goes over the average amount, the renter is responsible for the difference. The difference will be charge monthly and payment will be made to the property owner. If the payment is not made, the lease may be defaulted, and renters will move out within 30 days. Small non-aggressive dogs house trained are allowed. Any damages by the dog/dogs over the $500 deposit will be the renter's responsibility to pay within 30 days during the lease or after the lease. The renter will obtain their own renter's insurance if they want their personal belongings to be insured. Rent will be paid no later than 5 days after the due date. If paid after that time, late charges will apply. Any damage caused by the renter or persons not on the lease, the renter is responsible and will be charged for all damages. The lease is for a single person/family only. Guests may stay up to 7 days. After 7 days the owner must be notified, and it is up to the owner to approve or deny additional days. The renter may not lease to others. The owner may give the renter 30 days' notice to move from the premises if rules are not followed at any time during the lease. These rules and regulations are limited, and other rules and regulations apply. When renters sign the contract/lease, the renters agree to all the above.
