    Live where you'll have the most beautiful views on the Central Coast of the Morro Rock, the ocean, whitewater, scenes up the coast to Cayucos and incredible sunsets! These views are from both inside the house and outside the house. From the inside of the house there are several windows facing the front so not only are there great views, but they also give the home a bright and airy feeling. This is a very comfortable home with a recently upgraded wall furnace, new stove, new sink and new kitchen window. The home also comes with a washer, dryer and refrigerator. There is a deck in the back of the house and a good sized backyard for a dog. There are two separate areas of the large garage - one for storage (or car) and one for a good size office or workout room. There is a long driveway for at least two cars or motorhome/trailer and a car. This is the highest part of the Morro Heights so you have the best views anywhere. The street is not a through street so it is a very quiet area. The lease is a month to month rental agreement. I have had renters for 14 years at this house on a month to month rental agreement. There are only two requirements for a tenant to live here and stay as long as they would like - 1) pay the rent on time, no later than the first of each month or before and 2) keep the house clean inside and outside. All utilities are paid by the tenant. Each year the rent goes up only 3% for the cost of living increase so you don't have to worry about your rent increasing dramatically each year. There is absolutely NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND!
