    Nice pasture land between Kemp and Kaufman. 3 lots combined for a total of 11.65 ac, 2 of the lots have existing utilities, seller has no knowledge of working condition of either septic systems. Older doublewide on site has been given very little value. It has not been occupied since 2019 and sellers have no info on the home. Road frontage on cul de sac side as well as Hwy 175 frontage.
