Needs Some TLC. I have some materials to fix up the place but lack skills to do it. Home mainly needs some cosmetic repairs, garage needs major work(basically an over sized carport right now.) Have gotten several offers for land contract at $60,000 but I am not in a position to do that. But an investor may be able to make a nice profit through land contract on this property with a $46,000 cash purchase.
