3bed/2bath @ end of cul-de-sac in kid friendly neighborhood in good school district. House has a country feel in the city. the back of the house is a wooded area. Privacy fence is only appx 8 months old. One car garage with opener. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is very quiet. Many people have kids, although most are young. On warm summer days there will be small children out playing on tricycles and with their parents on bikes. Neighborhood is very safe. I lived there for 4 years and can't count the times i left my garage door open or didn't lock my doors......... not a problem. As a single woman safety was a big concern. I also liked the closeness to Lewisville, Clemmons, and Winston-Salem,, just a short drive to the grocery or for dinner !!!!!!!! I worked @ major hospital and it was a quick 10 minutes to work !! ( a plus when you take call)
