In 2005, a 222 sq. ft addition replaced the original screened-in porch. Addition has three windows and two doors leading out to back yard. At the same time, had inner walls separating kitchen and dining room from living room knocked down to open up entire living space. Kitchen remodeled with new porcelain floor tiles and wall/floor cabinets. Floor cabinets and all surrounding stove, sink and dishwasher topped by marble. A large marble top island installed as well. In 2015, the carpets in living room, original dining room and one small bedroom were all replaced by porcelain tiles. In 2016, one of the baths was entirely renovated including removing bath tub and replacing with tiled shower stall and seat. In 2017, renovated main bedroom including replacing carpet with porcelain tile and bedroom window with sliding glass doors. Also renovated guest bedroom including replacing carpet with porcelain tile. In 2018, remodeled main bathroom, replacing existing floor/shower tile with new porcelain tile.
