Garage Options Available Utilities included The room is a spacious suite available with lots of windows and natural light on the second floor of the home. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers available so that there is a less inconvenience to our Co-Dwellers. The kitchen has two refrigerators for the same reason: to ensure that everyone has space. Lots of designated cabinet space to make sure you have space - it's your kitchen too. The living and dining room are a place to eat, watch movies on our fire stick and relax. A few of the best Amenities: 4 Minute drive to 6th Ave - 15 min distance from MOUNTIANS! and from DENVER One block from Crown Hill park and lake. 4 minutes away from Sprouts Walking Distance from Bar, food, coffee and marketplace.
