There are 2 Private bedrooms and 2 common areas with twin daybeds. - The main floor daybed includes a 48" LED with Apple TV & sound bar. - The upper daybed has an office/work space and access to a private balcony overlooking the Denver city skyline. Each private bedroom has a Queen memory foam mattress. - BR 1 includes a 32" LED Smart TV and its own private bathroom. - BR 2 includes a small workspace with vanity and 50" LED with Apple TV. There is another full bathroom at the end of the hall and a half bath on the main floor. Kitchen includes: Assorted pots, pans, utensils, mixing bowls, cutting boards, dish ware, bake ware & drink ware. Onsite we have a tea kettle, blender and coffee machine along with complimentary coffee, assorted creamers and sweeteners to start out your stay. There is a first aid kit & a variety of medicine in the kitchen cabinet. Please be sure to clean what you use and gently care for ceramics. We offer "start up" cleaning & household supplies. Guests are responsible for ongoing personal & household supplies. 29 days + Extended Stay / Fully Furnished No Smoking indoors, outdoors ok - please dispose of butts in ashtrays provided onsite. Please maintain clean exterior/premise. Professional landscaping provided during spring/summer months including weekly mowing, irrigation and upkeep. Snow removal is included along with pest control, electricity, water and Wifi Internet 1080 mbps. We pride ourselves on being good neighbors. Our side unit is also a rental space; please respect quiet hours between 10pm-8am and maintain outdoor voices to respect our neighborhood and other tenants.
