Private Garden-Level Suite in Quiet Green Mountain Home Furnished, Mid-Term A private, furnished garden-level suite in my own home on Green Mountain in Lakewood, set up for a working professional who wants a calm, secure place to land for a month or three. I live upstairs, so the house stays quiet, cared for, and someone is always around keeping an eye on things. The space: You get your own bedroom, a full private bathroom, a separate living space, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a 2-burner hotplate, a toaster oven/air fryer, and a portable dishwasher no full stove or oven, but plenty for everyday cooking and cleanup. The suite is furnished and move-in ready, with linens and kitchenware provided. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. The home: I live in the upstairs part of the house with my dog and my 2 teenagers, who are here part time. The suite is separate and private, with its own entrance through the garage. I keep to my space and respect yours. Laundry: In-home laundry, so you're never hunting for a laundromat after a long shift. The washer and dryer are shared for now we coordinate by text, and I always text before passing through to reach them. Easy and low-key. Parking and outdoor space: Parking is in the driveway (uncovered). You'll also have access to the backyard, which has a patio table and a shaded seating area a good spot to unwind outside after work. Use of BBQ grill is also included. The neighborhood: This is one of the best parts. I'm only a few blocks from open space with miles of hiking and biking trails, so you can be outside and moving within minutes of home. I'm close to St. Anthony Hospital, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and Red Rocks Community College, and about five minutes from the light rail at the Federal Center (the W Line) for an easy ride into Denver. Quiet, green, and well-connected. A good fit for: a traveling medical professional, a relocating or corporate professional, or anyone here on a 30 to 90 day assignment who wants somewhere peaceful and private to come home to. Owner pays all utilities, including trash, water, electric and internet. Tenant is required to have renters insurance.
