this is a very energy efficent home. special built, has 6 inch walls, 6 inch ceiling and 6 inch floors. has a door coming into master bedroom and can look clear to the back of the house a very open design. in family room has a glass sliding door. has 2 pantry 1 is a big walk in room with shelves built in. the dining room and kitchen is all together. with the living room next to it. we use the out door wood stove in the winter. we had it set up to heat the house, heat the hot water, plus it has a dryer that heats off the dryer also. very cost efficent in the winter. also has a big ac unit outside. the wood stove is a heatmore.
