There are two other units that share the common areas. The studio is on the lower level closest to the pool and rain forest. Outside there is a sitting area for the studio with seating and a table. The pool area and laundry facilities are shared between three units and is complementary. There is off-street parking for one vehicle only. Smoking is only permitted outside of the unit and away from open windows.
