Chill environment, very clean, quiet neighborhood, close to many shopping areas and main highways like 65, 94, 610, 10. The downstairs is available for rent. My current roommate will be moving into the extra bedroom upstairs so everything in the pictures (sorry for his mess) will not be in those spaces and I will personally clean everything :) Your rent is for rent and utilities for 1 person, couples are allowed but rent would be 1200 a month for 2 people. This will be a month by month lease so that you will not feel held down. I am a very responsible owner who cleans and organizes a lot. Money is preferred to be sent through cashapp (no transfer fees on cashapp.) Its a very nice space and deal :)
